Clare Holohan is a qualified medical herbalist, forager, massage therapist, and clinical aromatherapist with a deep passion for plants, nutrition, and natural health. She is the co-author of Scotland’s Wild Medicine: Reconnecting with Nature for Health, Wellbeing, and Healing and a member of The National Institute of Medical Herbalists.
Based in Lochaline, a remote village in the West Highlands of Scotland, Clare runs a thriving herbal medicine practice and foraging teaching business. She offers talks, walks, and workshops on herbal medicine and foraging, seeing clients both in person and online, as well as monthly at the Lochaber Complementary Health Clinic in Fort William. She also grows medicinal herbs, raises livestock naturally, and cultivates food for both her kitchen and clinic.
Passionate about community and sustainable living, Clare serves on the Lochaline allotments committee and finds great value in local projects. She is dedicated to helping others reconnect with nature for better health and well-being.
