Lauren Ann Nichols-Sheffler is a clinical herbalist, educator, and advocate committed to bioregional herbalism and plant sustainability. She is the founder of Blue Yarrow Herbs—also known as Herbal Vice—a company devoted to bioregional herbal practices. Through cultivation and local wildcrafting, Lauren handcrafts seasonal remedies that honor the rhythms and ecosystems of her region. She also serves as the Senior Sourcing & Purchasing Manager at WishGarden Herbs, where she aligns sustainable sourcing practices with her broader mission of ecological stewardship.
In addition to her clinical and professional work, Lauren is a passionate educator and community builder.
