Born and raised in a rural community in Mexico, Rosa learned natural remedies and Ceremonia from her grandmother and aunts. Her career in the medical world began as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in 1978 and she went on to earn her BS in Psychology in 1986. Rosa is also a Sacerdotisa (Priestess) practicing, preserving and protecting the Mexica forms and traditions through the Sacred Moondance Ceremony and sacred Temazkal ceremony. Her work with organizations, relationships, ancient medicines, mental health and social conditions combined with her creativity & spirit make her a true healing agent and facilitator. She remains true to her beliefs as a spiritual leader and a Mexica Warrior as well as a professional Woman and healer.
