Raychel Kolen is the Founder and Marketing Principal at MUSE Marketing + Design, a boutique marketing agency based in Eugene, Oregon. A 20-year marketing veteran, Raychel is a results-oriented marketing strategist and copywriter. Since MUSE’s inception in 2018, she has consulted with numerous herbal products companies, sustainable food & beverage brands, and nonprofit organizations.
If you’ve received an email from United Plant Savers or the International Herb Symposium in the last five years, chances are Raychel was behind it. In addition to implementing our email marketing program, Raychel has helped our nonprofit significantly increase its donation and membership revenue. She advises on various other marketing topics throughout the year.
Prior to starting MUSE, Raychel served as Marketing Director at Mountain Rose Herbs. While there, she helped the company increase its revenue from digital marketing, was a member of its leadership team, and helped the online retailer launch its first brick-and-mortar store.
