Nadia Nedelchev is a stress management therapist, naturalist, herbalist, certified health coach, and art therapist whose work centers around reconnecting people with nature for personal healing and well-being. She leads individual sessions, group programs, retreats, and community events—both online and in person—offering gentle, accessible ways to weave the natural world into daily life.
Drawing on over 20 years in the corporate world and more than a decade of therapeutic and holistic practice, Nadia teaches with simplicity and warmth. She guides others in using nature-based tools like flower and herb mandalas, smudges, and infusions to support emotional and physical health. Her approach blends creative expression, intuitive connection, and grounded education in natural healing traditions.
Originally from the maritime sector and now rooted in Punta Ballena, Uruguay, Nadia lives on a small farm with her husband and youngest son. There, she cultivates food, hosts visitors, and tends to a lifestyle rooted in intention, joy, and natural rhythms. She is the proud mother of four children and credits motherhood, along with life’s hardest experiences, as her most profound teachers.
Nadia’s mission is to help others transform pain into growth, and to live more fully connected to themselves and the natural world. She is fluent in Spanish and speaks English at a near-fluent level, and is always happy to teach and connect in either language.
