Ingrid is an internal medicine physician who has been teaching and practicing herbal medicine and nutrition for nearly 20 years. She is a graduate of the UC Berkeley-UCSF Joint Medical Program and completed her residency at Highland Hospital in Oakland, CA. In addition to serving as Vice President at Five Flavors Herbs, she sees primary care patients in a rural community health center. She has taught at the American School of Herbalism and the East West Herb Course, and has presented at conferences including the AHG, Good Medicine Confluence, Integrative Medicine for the Underserved, and Academy for Integrative Health and Medicine.
