About Course

Art, a human activity done in all cultures and all epoch, can be expressed in different ways, gives eternity, and materialize something, is communication. Collections conserved at Siena (Italy) at the Accademia dei Fisiocritici and the Botanical Museum will be observed: plant drawings of Biagio Bartalini (1750-1822); terracotta models of mushrooms of Francesco Valenti Serini (1795 –1872); scientific paintings of plants, mosses and fungi of Arturo Nannizzi (1877 – 1961).
