How Health Freedom Concepts and Current Policies Impact Herbalism

Herbalist clients are living in a complex world of laws and public policies impacting their health decisions. State laws are in place that leave herbalists and other health practitioners that are not state-licensed, at risk for criminal charges of unlicensed practice. 2020 has activated State Emergency Power laws producing Executive Orders that impact health decisions. National Health Freedom Coalition is working with groups to pass proactive legislation to protect access to herbalists and also laws that protect the fundamental right to make healthcare decisions.
