Holistic Approach to an Influenza Pandemic (Audio)

The following audio presentation was recorded live at the 13th International Herb Symposium, June 2017.

We can best be prepared to meet the challenges to our immune systems by how we live, and all the more so in these days of a potential pandemic from Avian Flu. Understanding how our immune system deals with virulent influenza and what can be done to support the right kind of immune response matters here. We’ll look at readily-available herbs known for their anti-viral activity and distinguish the timing of their use. Lessons learned from past pandemics point the way to homegrown remedies that are far more equalitarian than government solutions.
