About Course

This gentle class is intended to provide you with a glimpse into the power of yoga as an aid to dealing with grief and loss. The movements are gentle and accessible to all and focus on relaxation and allowing the body and mind to let go and allow for heart healing. Useful mudras will also be presented.

This class is accessible to anyone who can get down on the floor or sit in a chair.
