But perhaps plants are really saving us. Plants have been around a lot longer than humans and by some estimates have been here as long as 450 million years. Plants comprise over 95% of living organisms on Earth. They create a life-giving planet by keeping the biosphere oxygenated. We simply couldn\u2019t live without plants; in a variety of complex and interconnected ways, they are constantly maintaining the biosphere to make it habitable for other life forms, including humans, to thrive in. Join Rosemary in a discussion celebrating plants, and the vital role they play in supporting us in living healthy, happy and productive lives. \u201cThey Eat light; what more is there to say?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do have an important role to play in preserving at risk and endangered plants and the habitats they thrive in.
