International Herb Symposium Registration Details

Children & Teens

We are unable to provide childcare services for children at the WHC.  Children are welcome but must be with parents at all times and must be quiet and respectful in the classes. 

• Cost of children 2 ~ 12:  $95 plus room/Board.
• Teenagers (13 – 19): Teenagers are very welcome and are offered a special discount:  $195 plus room/board.

Though childcare services are unavailable we will have some children’s nature activities planned for the children. 

• We have limited space for children/teens so be sure to register early!

Early Bird Discount

Only $250 if you register in full Before March 30th In order to qualify for the Early Bird Discount the entire fee including Intensives and meals & lodging fees must be paid in full by March 30th

• The cost of the Symposium is $275 and includes workshops, herb walks, and all lectures except for intensives.
• Early Bird Registration is $250 if postmarked before March 30th.
• In order to qualify for the Early Bird Registration all fees including lodging, meals, and intensives must be paid for by March 30th.
• For those registering after March 30th, a $75 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space.

To expedite registration and to avoid standing in long lines, consider paying in full when you register.

Registration Policys

The cost of the Symposium is $275 and includes workshops, herb walks, and all lectures except for intensives.

• Early Bird Registration is $250 if postmarked before March 30th.
• In order to qualify for the Early Bird Registration all fees including lodging, meals, and intensives must be paid for by March 30th.
• For those registering after March 30th, the registration fee is $275. A $75 non refundable/non transferable deposit is required to hold your place.
• To expedite registration and to avoid standing in long lines, consider paying in full when you register.

Intensives

• Intensive workshops are in addition to the symposium fee and are $35 each.
• It is highly recommended to register in advance as there is limited space in intensives.

Meal Package

• Delicious vegetarian, vegan, and fish/chicken meals available.
• Meal package includes 7 full meals; two meals on Friday, three on Saturday, and two on Sunday.
• The cost of the Meal Package is $70 and must be paid in advance. (Please note: We are unable to sell individual meal tickets)

Basic Lodging

• Rooms are clean, comfortable, but simple college dormitory style rooms
• w/bedding and linens included.
• The fee is $70 for two nights, $95 for three nights, and $125 for four nights.

Deluxe Lodging

• These rooms are more "hotel style" with air conditioning; $120/2 nights; $175/3 nights; $225/4 nights.

If coming a long distance, we recommend arriving on Thursday night as the Symposium begins early Friday morning.

• There are some single rooms available, but most rooms are double, a few are triple.
• Rooms are assigned first come, first served, so register early if you wish a single room.
• If your wish to room with some one in particular, you must send in your registration forms together.
• If registrations are not received at the same time, room assignments cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

• The $75 deposit is non-refundable/non transferable.
• The remainder of the Symposium fee is refundable up until June 1; thereafter there are no refunds.
• Meals & Lodging are fully refundable before June 1; thereafter there are no refunds.
• Because of limited space, there are no refunds on Intensives.
• Please, observe these cancellation policies, as there will be no exceptions.
