Dear Friend,
Are you interested in being a Vendor at this year’s International Herb Symposium? If so, read on…. The Symposium offers an incredible opportunity to network with other herbalists and provides outstanding educational and networking opportunities for herbal enthusiasts around the world. Though emphasis at the Symposium is primarily educational, the Exhibit Hall adds a wonderful dimension to the gathering. It provides both an excellent opportunity for participants to obtain high quality herbal products and a marketplace for herbalists to showcase their products and books.

These spaces are best for those who have live plants for sale.
You must provide your own tent, table and chairs. Inquire if interested.
If your display would work better with such a space, let us know ASAP and we’ll try to accommodate you.
Half spaces require that you share a full booth with another vendor giving each vendor half of a 3’X 8’ table and one chair.
If there’s someone in particular you wish to share your vendor space with, please send in your booth deposit together or let us know when reserving a booth space and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
All vendors and vendor’s helpers must be registered for the symposium in full. You must send in your registration for the Symposium when signing up for a booth. If your registration has not been received, your vendor deposit will be returned to you.
Tables are pre-assigned. Please no switching tables. If there are any questions/concerns, please find Jeff Carpenter.
Jeff has been assigned to help you in the Exhibit Hall and will be around, either in the Exhibit Hall or helping at Registration which is right around the corner.
Please do not leave boxes, flyers, etc. that others would have to clean up after you.
Recycling will be set up to aid you in your clean up process.
You might wish to bring a cloth to cover your products when you are not attending the booth.
Never leave money unattended at your booth; it just invites problems.
The International Herb Symposium assumes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
Please note: Neither Wheaton College nor the International Herb Symposium is responsible in any way for your merchandise. No packages can be delivered to the college prior to Tuesday, June 21st. You must make arrangements with UpS to have your booth items picked up on Monday, June 27th. Be sure items are packaged, prepaid and ready for UPS pick up on Monday.
Early registration also helps us plan in advance and avoid last minute insanity.
