We’re honored and delighted to be hosting the VBMA Vet Track at this year’s International Herb Symposium. One of Rosemary's earliest teachers and dearest friends was Juliette de Bairacli Levy. Juliette passed away just a couple of years ago at the ripe old age of 97, but she was a major influence in botanical veterinarian medicine and she would be very pleased with all of us for introducing this track to the IHS. Juliette was a beloved teacher at the IHS for many years and made her first appearance to the U.S. after a long absence to attend the International Herb Symposium in 1990.  [More]  + + + 

We are delighted again to be able to offer Continuing Nurse Education Hours over the 3 Day International Herb Symposium, thanks to the dedication and hard work of Debi Chalko. CNE’s could maximally equal 13.5 hours if you attend one class per time slot and complete all necessary requirements/documents. The classes have been preceded with an N# on the Schedule, and there are 1or 2 choices during each time slot; each class is worth 1.5 CNE’s. The processing fee for CNE’s is $120, payment and registration requested prior to start of Symposium.

This beautiful bound book is over 300 pages and is filled with the teacher’s class notes, including most of the Intensives, herbal directories and resources. It’s a valuable reference, treasured long after the conference.

Wheaton College has been the home of The International Herb Symposium since 1992.  The warm and friendly staff and lovely campus have been a perfect fit for the IHS.  Founded in 1834, Wheaton College is set on a picturesque New England campus that includes an adjoining 200 acre woodland (perfect for herb forays!).  The Campus itself is endowed with a variety of beautiful old specimen trees. Wheaton is located in the small rural town of Norton, Mass ideally situated between Boston, Massachusetts and Providence Rhode Island allowing easy access from airports, train station, and highways.
